Shipping Policy
MOST ORDERS HAVE A 1-5 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING GRACE PERIOD. Day 1 is the first business day after the order is placed. Please allow the full 5 business days to receive your tracking notification email.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A SUPPORT EMAIL REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE BUSINESS DAY 6. If you do not receive a tracking notification email by business day 6, you may submit a support Email – be sure to include your order number.
SOME ORDERS ARE SPLIT AND SHIPPED FROM SEPARATE LOCATIONS. This is a normal part of our shipping process and depends on warehouse inventory. If you have multiple items in your order and choose an upgraded shipping option, you may be subject to multiple shipping charges due to inventory availability. You will receive a separate tracking notification email for each shipment detailing which items were shipped per tracking number.
MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS*. USPS scanning can be unreliable. Shipments may not be scanned upon pickup and tracking may not update until the package is delivered. Please know once an order leaves the warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS IS NOT OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. USPS Priority Express orders will be packed and received by USPS within 1-2 business days. Day 1 is the first business day after the order is placed.
According to usps.com, USPS provides next day to 2-day delivery for Priority Express orders, depending on the package origin, destination and local drop-off time. Once received by USPS, Smokers Bay is not responsible for packages or shipping times.
USPS INSURED SHIPPING OPTIONS GUARANTEE RECEIPT OR REFUND OF YOUR ORDER. All other shipping options are considered uninsured and Smokers Bay will not be held accountable for fulfillment or refund. To prevent a lost or stolen package, consider a USPS insured shipping option at checkout.
Only USPS insured orders are guaranteed for fulfillment or refund. If a package is uninsured and suspected to be lost or stolen, you will be responsible for contacting USPS and submitting a claim.
IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE LOST OR STOLEN, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET WITH Smokers Bay. First, check with your neighbors, in your mailroom if applicable, and reach out to your local USPS. Your local USPS can identify and contact the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
If you are still unable to locate the package with USPS. The form will be submitted to your local post office for official review.
If you do not receive your package within 7 days of submitting the help request form with USPS, Submit an Email to Smokers Bay and we will provide you with the shipping information required by USPS to complete your claim.
READ ALL SUPPORT GUIDELINES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A EMAIL. All Email submissions must include your ORDER NUMBER, FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND PHONE NUMBER.

MOST PACKAGING IS DISCREET. Items are packed into plain white or brown envelopes or USPS flat rate boxes. The return address on our labels says "1433 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250". Packages ship from Florida.

IF YOU PAID FOR INSURED SHIPPING AND SUSPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE LOST OR STOLEN: First, check with your neighbors and in your mailroom (if applicable). Next, get in touch with your local USPS - they will be able to locate and contact the carrier responsible for delivering your package. If you are unable to locate the package with USPS and you did not receive your package within 7 days you can submit an Email directly to [email protected] and we will provide you with the shipping information required by USPS to complete your claim.
If USPS is unable to locate your package within 7 days of submitting your missing mail search request, Smokers Bay will either resend all items in the order or reimburse you in full.
**PER ITEM COST – If you have multiple items in your order and choose an upgraded shipping option, you may be subject to multiple shipping charges due to inventory availability, as stated above. Those charges will be reflected at the time of checkout.
***USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT guaranteed overnight delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for Priority Mail Express. Per USPS, shipping times depend on the origin and destination of the shipment as well as pickup/drop-off time.
